“This is not a résumé.

It’s a summary of how I have held vision and reality together.”

My Story

I was born in 1980 in Palmanova and raised in Flumignano, a small village in the Friulian plain shaped by authentic relationships, a strong work ethic, and a close-knit community that still speaks Friulian every day.

My grandparents were farmers, my father a building craftsman, my mother a homemaker. I grew up observing what it truly means to build: not just structures, but reliability, respect, and continuity. From a young age, I breathed in the world of work—first in the fields, then on construction sites—learning that every decision has consequences and that, if something is to work properly, it must be done well.

For my studies, I chose art, attending the State Institute of Art in Udine, where I graduated in Graphic and Visual Communication. Those years shaped my sensitivity to beauty, art, composition, balance, and the ability to imagine what does not yet exist. I quickly understood that my path would not be an “either/or” choice, but a bridge between creativity and practicality.

While studying, I began working on construction sites alongside my father, gaining direct experience in the field. After completing school and military service, I entered the construction world full-time, starting from the most operational roles and gradually taking on increasing responsibilities. At 25, I opened my first VAT number as a craftsman, progressively transforming manual work into a more structured organization, investing in equipment, tools, and continuous training. During those years, I worked mainly on contract-based projects, focusing on finishing works: interior and exterior painting, special finishes, drywall systems, façade cladding, acoustic and thermal insulation, and developing particular expertise in external thermal insulation systems (ETICS).

I worked on numerous renovation and energy retrofitting projects, managing not only the core works but also the full setup of construction sites, including scaffolding installation and complementary works such as masonry, structural restoration, damp treatment, roofing, waterproofing, wooden flooring, and tiling.

This broad and cross-functional experience allowed me to understand every phase of a building’s completion in depth, developing a practical and realistic vision of what it means to deliver work to the highest standards, down to the smallest detail.

In the following years, curiosity and the desire to improve led me to explore energy efficiency ahead of its widespread adoption. Since 2006, I have worked on CasaClima and Passivhaus buildings, when they were still relatively unknown, delivering complex projects and experimenting with advanced materials, techniques, and construction solutions. This journey taught me method, precision, and holistic thinking, and led my finishing company, Color 2000, to become recognized as one of the most respected specialists in thermal insulation systems in Friuli and beyond.

In 2014, a new phase of deep personal and professional evolution began, when I realized that growth required new entrepreneurial skills. I invested time and energy in strategic education, studying marketing, communication, sales, positioning, processes, and business models. Above all, I turned every lesson into practice: I tested, experimented, made mistakes, corrected course, and improved, applying everything I learned to real estate and to my own projects.

During those years, I launched new ventures, completed my first real estate operations, developed services, started student rental subleasing projects, tested standardized renovation models, and experimented with new acquisition and sales strategies. Every test, every success, and every mistake built real competence—not theoretical knowledge.

In 2018, the skills I had developed led me to found Ricevo, with the goal of building high-value homes and developing innovative real estate operations. We delivered exclusive residences, sold off-plan when few believed it possible, opened new markets, managed complex construction sites, and navigated the Superbonus period, creating benefits for many families in the region.

Alongside my professional path, I built my family. I am a husband and father of two children, who represent a constant reference point and a daily reminder of the deeper meaning behind every decision. Family has given even greater significance to my work and to the way I see homes, space, and life—not as simple containers, but as places that shape who we are and how we live.

Today, I bring all of this into every construction site and project: strong roots, aesthetic sensitivity, method, and responsibility. I combine hands-on expertise, strategic thinking, and vision to guide construction sites and housing transformations with control and clarity.

Beyond construction sites, I remain open to developing new entrepreneurial and real estate collaborations, provided they represent innovative solutions to real market needs.

And the journey continues…

Construction and Real Estate

Construction and Real Estate *

My expertise in construction and real estate stems from direct and continuous experience, first developed on-site and later through the full management of construction sites, projects, and real estate operations. I know construction sites from the inside because I worked for many years as a craftsman and, over time, took on the responsibility of leading people, processes, and decisions.

Thanks to my hands-on experience as a craftsman, I understand real construction work. I know how to renovate and build, how to install thermal and acoustic insulation, apply finishes and cladding systems, and complete a building properly. This allows me to identify execution errors, hidden critical issues, and incorrect technical solutions before they turn into structural problems or unexpected costs. I evaluate work not only on paper, but in the real conditions of a construction site.

I know how to organize and manage a construction site in every phase, from initial setup to final delivery. I can read and interpret architectural plans, bills of quantities, technical specifications, and construction schedules, transforming them into realistic work programs. I coordinate crews, craftsmen, and suppliers, planning tasks, materials, and timelines correctly, while monitoring quality, order, and safety throughout every operational stage.

I have in-depth knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and both traditional and innovative building systems, having worked on masonry structures, reinforced concrete buildings, cross-laminated timber (CLT), and timber frame structures. I have delivered high-energy-efficiency buildings, CasaClima and Passivhaus projects, new constructions, and hundreds of renovations and deep retrofits. I can assess energy performance, indoor comfort, material durability, and overall building quality, both in existing properties and after transformation.

Alongside technical expertise, I possess strong organizational and managerial skills. I analyze cost estimates, negotiate terms, structure contracts with companies and professionals, and coordinate all stakeholders involved, maintaining a clear focus on the final objective. I work effectively with designers, construction managers, engineers, and consultants, aligning technical, financial, and scheduling aspects into a coherent process.

In the real estate field, I can estimate the market value of a property in a realistic and contextualized way. I define effective sales strategies tailored to the specific property and market conditions, avoiding standardized or improvised approaches. I enhance the value of a property both physically, through targeted improvements, and strategically, through positioning, presentation, and product definition. I select properties for investment, calculate costs and returns, and prepare properties for tourism, student housing, or family use.

I have experience in off-plan sales, both for individual homes and more complex real estate developments, and I know how to structure sales processes that anticipate value, reduce risk, and improve outcomes. I set up and coordinate complete real estate operations, from initial feasibility assessment to product definition, from technical management to marketing and sales.

I collaborate effectively with notaries, financial institutions, professionals, and local operators, always maintaining unified oversight of the entire process.

This comprehensive experience allows me to maintain an integrated vision of construction and real estate: not only building or renovating, but understanding what makes strategic sense, how to execute it properly, and how to bring it to completion in the most coherent and effective way—aligning technical execution, market logic, strategy, and final results.

Business Development

Business Development *

My expertise in business development stems from a path of study, experimentation, and direct application, developed through working on my own entrepreneurial projects, particularly in the real estate sector. It is not theoretical knowledge, but a set of tools and methods built in the field, tested in real and often complex contexts.

Over the years, I have developed and transformed craft-based activities into structured organizations, launched new companies, initiated real estate operations, and experimented with different sales models, services, and positioning strategies. Every decision was tested against reality—numbers, margins, mistakes, adjustments, and growth.

I approach communication as a strategic lever, not as a creative exercise for its own sake. I know how to build clear, coherent, and credible messages capable of positioning a project and making it understandable to the market. I have learned to align identity, product, and value proposition so that what a company does is consistent with how it is perceived.

Analysis plays a central role in my work. I study markets, competitors, data, and real behaviors. I identify concrete needs, decision drivers, and areas for improvement. I rely not only on intuition, but on data and observation.

From these foundations, I build operational strategies: positioning definition, business model design, offer structuring, sustainable pricing, sales strategies, and organizational processes aligned with available resources. I know how to transform an idea into a system capable of sustaining itself over time.

I have designed and managed complete commercial architectures, from lead generation to final sale, integrating digital tools with internal organization. I have defined procedures, roles, and operational workflows to make activities more efficient, measurable, scalable, and less dependent on improvisation.

I have coordinated people, teams, and collaborators, establishing organizational structures, responsibilities, and control systems. I have supported business growth through recruitment, training, and onboarding processes for new personnel.

I have a strong inclination toward developing new projects and startups, as well as optimizing existing businesses. I know how to build and coordinate business plans, support launch phases, test strategies, analyze the numbers needed for decision-making, and collaborate with professionals handling tax, legal, and administrative matters—integrating them properly into the overall strategic vision.

My focus is not administration for its own sake, nor marketing theory, but the construction of innovative yet sustainable businesses capable of generating real value. Everything I know in the strategic and organizational field has been directly applied to my own projects in construction and real estate.

It is precisely this hands-on experience that makes my approach pragmatic, structured, and results-oriented.
